前言

   云南省地处横断山区,地形复杂多山,天气气候具有多样性和局地差异性。强降雨和次生山洪灾害一直是云南面临的主要自然灾害之一。为了更好地预防和应对洪涝灾害,加强水情雨情监测至关重要。本方案针对云南省的地理环境和气候特点,提出一套完善的星创易联水雨情监测解决方案。

一、系统架构

1.星创云平台
   作为数据和业务的中枢大脑,星创云平台集成了数据采集、处理、分析、存储和应用等功能。它与终端设备和上位应用系统无缝连接,构建起完整的物联网解决方案。

2.星创基站
   星创基站将采集数据无线传输至星创云平台,是整个系统的数据入口。基站覆盖范围广,抗干扰能力强,可适应复杂环境部署。

3.星创节点
   星创节点是终端采集设备,由多种监测仪器仪表组成。包括:
(1)水位计、雨量计、流量计等专业水文监测仪器。

二、网络部署

1.区域布局
   按照流域分区原则,将全省划分为若干个监测区域。每个区域内都建立起以星创基站为中心,星创节点广泛布设的监测网络。

2.设备选型
   针对不同的应用场景,合理选择不同型号的星创基站和星创节点。如:
(1)山区丘陵地带使用低功耗长距离LoRa无线通信设备。
(2)市区或平原地区使用NB-IoT/4G蜂窝通信模块。
(3)重要监测点增加云台摄像机和红外热像仪。

3.冗余备份
   在各区域内部署多个星创基站,并与上级监控中心多路冗余接入,确保系统可靠性。同时,重要监测点配备应急电源和卫星通信设备以实现应急通信。

三、数据应用

1.信息发布
   实时发布全省各地水雨情信息,通过APP/网站/大屏显示,方便公众查阅。

2.预警分析
   基于云平台的大数据实时分析能力,提供严谨的预警分析和决策支持。

3.应急调度
   与政府应急指挥系统深度集成,直接传输视频监控画面,指导应急人员工作。

4.智能建模
   收集长期监测数据并建立数学模型,开展雨量预测、泥石流预警等智能应用。
